Vacancy in SBI

State Bank of India (SBI), India’s largest bank has came up with massive recruitment drive 2012 for clerk jobs under special recruitment project for non-general categories and for postings in North Eastern Circle. Please note that it is not a ibps recruitment as SBI is not a part of IBPS initiative of common bank exam.
1 – Special Recruitment Drive for SC/ST/OBC Category Candidates (2500 vacancies)
2 – Regular Recruiment for posting at North Eastern Circle (600 vacancies)
Online Registration Dates : 28/12/2011 to 20/01/2012
Written Exam Date – 18/03/2012
Payscale and Emoluments – Rs. 7200 – Rs 19300 (Total starting about Rs. 14,177 p.m. in a city like Mumbai)
Educational Qualification : 60% in Class 12th OR Diploma after 10th OR a Degree holder (as on Dec 1, 2011).
* Should be able to speak and write in English
* Knowledge of local language preferable
