Eligibility :- Officers of Central Gover nment /All India Services / central services a) i) holding analogous post on regular basis or ii)with five year service in posts in the scale of 8000/-13500 b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience namely i) a degree in Electrical, mechanical, Electronics , Tele communications , Computer Engineering from recognized university or equivalent ii) Three years experience in the relevant field . The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
