Qualification and experience : Essential : 1) Bachelor Degree of a recognized University or equivalent

2) At least 5 years experience of administration in a responsible  supervisory position with ability to co  ntrol guide and supervise staff in a government or semi government Institution

3. Adequate experience in administration , account work and store student affairs etc a nd in working procedure of Educational Institution of higher learning.

4) Knowledge of Government Rules and regulations.

Desirable

Ability to adapt the government rules regulation and procedure relating to Establishment. Accounts and audit matters in a flexible manner to the growing requirements of an educational institution.

Wide sympathy for students and conciliatory attitude in dealing with routine problems , sensitiveness and constructive approach white.

Age – 35 years and below

Pay -5200-20200 plus Grade pay of Rs 2400

Essential :

1)      Graduate from  a recognized Indian university .

2)      Certificate of training of operating the PBX or PABX  Board in a reputed organization .

3)      Two years experience in the line .

4)      Knowledge of Typing @ w.pm.  and 3 years experience of working in a reputed organization .

Age – 28 or below

Upper Division Clerk

Rs 5200 – 20200 plus Grade pat of 2400

Qualification Graduation from any Indian university or possessing equivalent  qualification .

2 .

5 years of experience of work in a government financed autonomous body or a Government organization or an educational institute of reputed knowledge of typewriting .

Age 30 years or below

Carpenter   one post

Rs 5200 – 20200 plus Grade pay of Rs 2400

Essential : Diploma in Carpentary or wood craft from ITI

                            OR

About 3 years experience of set construction , model , furniture and property making in an organization of reputed preferably in the theatre field.

2.       Experience of helping in conducting carpentary classes

Condition 1 above is relaxible for person having longer experience as indicated above .

Desirable

1 . Knowledge of wood market , wood varieties  and account keeping of carpentary materials wood etc .

2  Higher academic background .

Age 30years or below.
